About this notice

This Privacy Notice for LevX Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share your personal information when you visit https://www.levxlabs.com (the "Website").

This notice covers the Website only. Our mobile applications are separate products with their own privacy policies, linked from their app store listings and from inside each app. Nothing in this notice describes what those apps collect.

If you have questions after reading it, contact us at privacy@levxlabs.com.

What information do we collect?

The Website has no accounts, no login, and no payments. There is very little to collect, and this is the complete list.

Your email address, if you join the waitlist. We also record which form on the page you used, so that we can tell the hero form from the footer one. That request goes directly from your browser to Kit — and like any direct request to any website, it is also where your IP address and ordinary browser request details are visible, not just the two fields named above.

Analytics information, if you accept analytics. Google Analytics sets a client identifier, records the pages you view, and derives an approximate location from your IP address. It also records that a waitlist signup happened, but not the email address used.

Technical information from hosting. Our host processes ordinary request data, including your IP address, in order to serve the site and keep it working.

We do not collect sensitive personal information on this Website. No health data, no biometrics, no precise location, no government identifiers.

How do we process your information?

To send you a single notification when the product you asked about launches, and occasional news about what we build, if you joined the waitlist.

To understand how many people visit the Website and which pages they read, so that we can improve it.

To keep the Website available, secure, and working correctly.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you.

When and with whom do we share your information?

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We serve no advertising on this Website.

Your waitlist email is sent directly from your browser to Kit, the email service that hosts our list. It does not pass through our own servers, and we hold no copy of it outside Kit.

Analytics information is processed by Google, located in the United States. Hosting and delivery are also provided by Vercel, located in the United States.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, and we may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Do we use cookies and tracking technologies?

Yes, but only with your agreement, and only for analytics. Until you answer the banner, no analytics are loaded and no cookies are set.

Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie by name, says how long each lasts, and explains how to change your decision at any time.

We use no advertising cookies, no advertising identifiers, and no cross-site tracking.

How long do we keep your information?

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.

Analytics information is kept for as long as Google Analytics retains it under our account settings, after which it is deleted or aggregated.

Hosting request logs are kept only for the short period our host retains them for operational purposes.

How do we keep your information safe?

The Website is served over HTTPS, and the services we rely on are established providers with their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorised third parties will never defeat our safeguards.

Do we collect information from minors?

No. This Website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.

What are your privacy rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make about such a request.

United States residents in states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia and others — have these rights. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is no such sale or sharing for you to opt out of.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@levxlabs.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will reconsider it.

To remove yourself from the waitlist, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or write to the same address.

Do you respond to Global Privacy Control?

Yes. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and load nothing, whatever you may have chosen previously. We do not overwrite the decision you made yourself: if the signal is later turned off, your own choice applies again.

There is no accepted standard for Do-Not-Track browser signals, so we do not respond to those.

Do we make updates to this notice?

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the revised notice.
