About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of https://www.levxlabs.com (the "Website"), operated by LevX Labs, LLC, a California limited liability company.

By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

Our mobile applications are governed by their own terms, not by these. Those are linked from each app's store listing and from inside the app.

What this Website is

The Website describes who we are and what we are building, and lets you join a waitlist to be told when a product launches. It does not sell anything, it has no accounts, and it provides no service beyond the information on it.

Nothing on the Website is advice. Our apps may give guidance about cooking or training; that guidance is governed by those apps' own terms and is not offered here.

In particular, Mesquite generates cooking guidance with an AI model. It can be wrong, and it is not a food-safety authority. You are responsible for cooking food to a safe internal temperature and for handling raw meat safely. When Mesquite and your thermometer disagree, believe the thermometer.

The food safety terms that govern the app itself are in its own Terms of Service, not in these.

Joining the waitlist

If you give us your email address, you are asking us to contact you about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Please give us an address you are entitled to use. Do not submit someone else's.

Acceptable use

Use the Website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

We may restrict or withdraw access to anyone who does these things.

Our content

The text, images, design and branding on the Website belong to LevX Labs, LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read and share the Website, but you may not copy its content for your own commercial use without our permission.

No warranty

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LevX Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the Website after a revision means you accept it.
